He was so thorough and thoughtful when working with my husband and I- he made certain that he understood what my vision was for the day. His phone communication leading up to the event was kind and detailed. He allowed us to pay him in installments. He was flexible and patient with us on the day of the event- we were feeling a little stressed and nervous, and he immediately made us feel calm. It was great that he was able to bring an assistant as well, because the maternity photoshoot took place outdoors (in Copley Square no less) and it was quite cold, so we were lugging around coats and things, and it was nice to have an extra set of hands to help. Giovanni helped so much to make it feel fun, relaxed and not forced. He had great suggestions for poses. I would work with Giovanni again in a heartbeat! I have nothing but glowing things to say about his professional demeanor and his work. Our finished photos were absolutely spectacular!!!
